The Fisherman's Cottage

Finally! It's finished! An accumulative size of two feet high and one foot wide, this piece of work has been cut in half to load it faster, but this piece probably took around two weeks of straight coloring! This was my first BIG digital painting project and I am tired officially TIRED! But the good news is that it is done and was worth the wait. Working on this took tons of tutorials and plenty of hours practicing with certain brushes just to get it right.

Anywho I mind as well go through the characters one by one from the bottom up:
Dorian: A young adventurer sent by his father to end the numerous poltergeists that have been haunting Oradrum.
Jo Fu Yun: An inane man-child, raised in the Roguyun Empire north of Oradrum. He joins to prove his skills.
Scarlet Eques: Of the Cardinal Empire, the rulers of Oradrum, she seeks to find a cure for her ailing grandmother.
Xierra: An archer from Uhodin Village, she joins Dorian to put her village's elder finally to rest.
Agir: A hunter from Redwood Forest, his technical genius makes him a valuable asset. He joins in search for his son.
Princess Megara: A princess of the Mage's Country. She leaves her kingdom to release the curse set by the Poltergeist.

Time: Over 40 hours
Program: Photoshop CS5.5
Other Materials: Blue Sketch pencil for initial sketch, 2H/4H pencil for solid sketch, and Micron Pigment liners for initial lineart.
EDIT: I had to change the name of the piece because I forgot the Fisherman's Wife is the name of the Japanese painting that dreadfully damages you.
