Super Street Fighter IV: Maki

Maki for DLC! Decided to put up some more Street Fighter stuff from my hard drive, so here is this mock Street Fighter IV official art work, taking off from the SSFIV illustration style. I always wanted this character along with Eagle, Karin, R. Mika, Rolento, Sean, Oro, and Urien.

Story:
After the events of Alpha 3, Maki finds her hunt for Guy has ended once again in disappointment. She decides to return Metro City to work with law enforcement as a deputy, when she discovers that Guy is on another investigative journey to find Bison and chooses to pursue him through the new World Tournament.

Ending:
And after confronting Guy, Maki finally defeats her longtime rival and becomes the next in line after Zeku as the 38th Bushinryu Master. She then challenges Seth in single combat, and after defeating him, starts her own school teaching the Bushinryu technique to delinquents and names Guy as its co-founder.

Rival Matches:
Primary:
Guy- Another disciple of the Bushinryu style, Maki challenges him often and usually loses or draws when they fight. This time is different however because she has throughly studied all of his techniques and moves. The two meet in the Crowded Downtown Stage.
Secondary:
Sakura- A nod to the 1996 "Sakura Ganbaru!" manga. Sakura spots Maki in public and believes she is ready to fight her old rival. Maki accepts Sakura's challenge and reminisces old times. They fight in the Festival at the Old Temple Stage.
Her moveset would go as follows:

Standards:
Target Combo: Light Kick+Heavy Kick
Hop Kick: Back+Medium Kick
Tonfa Overhead: Forward+Heavy Punch
Rolling Slam: Throw command
Hayanage: Back+throw command

Special Moves:
Genko: Dash Punch (EX: Two strikes with the final attack being a low sweep)
Reppukyaku: Anti-Air (EX: Spins with tonfa out)
Hayakage/Saka Hayakage: Forwards Run/Backwards Run (EX: One Armor until input is pressed).
Tengu Daoshi: Air grab (EX: Quicker startup + possible homing mechanics)
Hassoukyaku: Dive kick (EX: Quicker startup + opponent spirals)

Super/Ultra Combos
Super Combo: Tesshinhou (A rush attack with a series of hits finishing in a strong tonfa strike)
Ultra Combo I: Bushin Takaken (Bushin Hawk Strike: An ultra similar to Vega's Bloody High Claw, as it starts on the wall. If the initial kick makes contact Maki performs a long combo ending with chest blow)
Ultra Combo II: Ajaratengu (Similar to its Alpha incarnation but is instead an anti-air grab rather than a mid-air grab).

Possibly a remix of her Alpha 3 theme, remix of Carve a Dragon Wood (Final FIght II theme), or remix of Final Fight I stage (Sodom Fight Theme)

Maki walks up to Guy while his back is turned
Maki: I finally found you Guy! It's time to earn what's rightfully mine!
Guy (turns around): And what is that you seek?
Maki (takes out tonfa): My place as the 38th Bushinryu Master! Come on! Put 'em up!
Guy: Your hot-headed personality will never get you any--
Maki: Shut up and fight me!
Guy shakes his head and enters his fighting pose

Rival Battle 2 Dialogue:
Sakura and Maki walk by each other when Sakura recognizes Maki's face
Sakura: Hey you're Maki Genryusai, right?
Maki: Yep what's it to you?
Sakura: Do you remember me? We fought before.
Maki stands for a minute scratching her head.
Maki: Oh! I remember you now! You're that Sakura kid! Did you get any stronger since our fight?
Sakura: Why don't you be the judge?
Sakura enters her fighting stance as Maki chuckles and enters her's.

Ending Dialogue:
Stares at Seth's body on the ground
Maki: Pure evil incarnated. You are a true enigma of modern life. Lay here, die here.
Maki leaves the laboratory after.
While in a dojo full of disciples, Maki teaches one of student Guy's combo.
Maki: No! No! The three punches come first, then the kick! Like this!
Guy walks up to Maki and the student shaking his head.
Guy: You're both doing it wrong. This is how you do the kick.
Maki: Oh yeah? Who made you Grand Master?
Guy: The fact that it is my combination.
Maki: Well, I'm the teacher! What I say, goes!
Guy: But I don't want these kids to le--
Maki: Do you wanna take this outside smart alec!?
Guy: I'm not going to argue with you Maki!
Maki: You're already arguing with me! Get your gear on! You're through! You hear me!?
They continue to playfully argue as the students watch in disappointment, fades to black and the credits roll.
