Mishaps of Dan: Introducing Pyrrha Alexandra

The fifth member of Dan's Saikyo Squad has finally been announced. Pyrrha Alexandra (known from the Soul Calibur franchise) joins Dan's dojo after sales of the franchise's sixth outing proved less than fruitful, throwing her into her recessive state. She decides that in order regain her confidence she must learn the art of Saikyo-ryu under the legendary Dan Hibiki. Pyrrha, contrast to Cody, Dan, Blanka and Sakura, is very skittish and shy, she often speaks quietly and to herself in order to avoid offending anyone. While both excited and disappointed with his first student in years, Dan tries to adjust to having to teach someone who is a complete opposite to the main objective of his fighting style. Her debut comic will be coming out soon, so look out for it!

I know everyone was expecting a Street Fighter character as the second female character, but I personally felt that adding a character from another franchise would up the ante of the series' ability to cross over many fighting games (I apologize upfront to any SF purists I might have infuriated) while adding a new character dynamic.
